At acquisition in 2017, an exterior and site capital improvement plan was initiated to upgrade the exterior to a Northeast style residential design similar to 164 and 170 Mt. Pleasant.
Strategy:
Aspect Health is in the process of institutionalizing the lease structure, accounting reports, and reimbursements. The acquisition was a partial interest sale from the orthopedic surgeons that provided them liquidity, an upgraded facility, and professional management platform.
