This 26,150 square foot ambulatory surgery center is located approximately ¼ mile from Danbury Hospital on White Street in Danbury, CT. A single story with full basement surgery center, it just completed multi-million-dollar renovations to convert administrative offices/exams rooms and upgrade the existing ASC portion into a 23-hour-stay ASC. The facility was originally converted to an ASC and medical office space in 2014 and the recent renovations were completed in 2020. The site and exterior capital improvement plan were completed in 2020 in conjunction with the 2020 conversion to a 23-hour-stay ASC. The ASC is owned in a joint venture with SCA, Danbury Hospital, and OrthoConnecticut.

Aspect Health provided the ASC JV with no capital outlay financing option to complete work on the exterior and site upgrades in exchange for a lease extension. We also coordinated with the interior ASC general contractor and exterior GC on the construction completion.
