Aspect Health worked with the orthopedic practice on site location, consolidation of existing locations, ASC entity JV financial modeling, construction schedule and cost controls, tenant space management, core and shell construction, and design. Collaboratively worked with tenants to expedite entitlement process and delivered the project in 15 months from site acquisition.
