Over the past 25 years, he has founded and served as CEO of multiple private equity real estate companies, co-founded Maplewood Healthcare, and owned and operated over 10 hotels.

Beginning with the creation of American Property Global Partners in 1996 through his founding of Allegiance Realty Corporation in 2004, these diverse companies have owned and managed in excess of 8 million square feet across healthcare, hotel, industrial, residential, retail, and office with an aggregate asset value well in excess of $1 billion.

Chris founded Maplewood Healthcare in 2013, which has evolved into a healthcare real estate platform focused on the development and management of brand-defining medical buildings, ambulatory care centers, and ambulatory surgical centers. Maplewood Healthcare grew to become Aspect Health in 2020 and currently has a portfolio in excess of $250 million.
