Annette joined Maplewood Healthcare in 2018 as Property Manager and transitioned to the same role at Aspect Health in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in property administration and management, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the buildings which included tenant and subcontractor relationships and managing full-time engineers.

Prior to joining Aspect Health, Annette held roles in project and real estate services administration with Toll Brothers, CBRE and Hines Interest. She served as the first line of communication with tenants, tenants' employees, contractors, and building staff for day-to-day building operations, and collaborated with teams on capital improvement projects, tenant build-outs, and basic repairs and maintenance projects.

Annette brings a professional, concierge-style approach to everyday interaction with Aspect Health's tenants and partners.
