Bill Littlefield joined Maplewood Healthcare as General Counsel in 2017 and transitioned to the same position at Aspect Health in 2020. He is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry and has almost 30 years of direct experience in structuring and executing commercial real estate transactions.

Bill began his career in 1986 and was the founder and managing partner of the law firm of Burn Littlefield & Pacitti. He then served in an executive capacity with a national hotel management/real estate platform where he acted as lead in-house counsel. From there, he launched a career in investment banking where he leveraged his real estate transactional knowledge into the capital markets industry.

Bill graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also holds a JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law, an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of New Mexico.
