Jay Lapham joined Maplewood Healthcare in 2015 as an Asset Manager and transitioned to the same role at Aspect Health in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in leasing and management, he is responsible for the on-site, day-to-day management of Aspect Health's portfolio in Connecticut.

Prior to joining Allegiance Realty, Jay served as a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle in New York City. He assisted in the leasing and management of over 8 million square feet, spanning across 20 properties. Representing both landlords and tenants, he negotiated and executed 2.1 million square feet of lease transactions during his tenure.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate pursuing the CCIM designation.
